Volunteering

Cooking for Graduation

As blessed as we feel with the many financial donations we receive from our donors, we are also very fortunate to have many volunteers come and donate their time and services with us.  Throughout the last decade we have hosted Suzie at HTVCmany different volunteers from all over the world.  Our volunteers range in occupations from teachers and students to mechanics, doctors, and engineers.  Each individual is not only able to bring their technical expertise, but they are bridging the gap between their culture and ours.  Whether it is working the students, villagers, or the monks of Hanga we appreciate all the work our volunteers are able to provide us.

We would gladly welcome anyone who is interested in coming to visit us at Hanga to help share in this unique learning experience.  Whether you are able to stay with us for only onSeminary Graduatione day or as long as one year, any help that you are able to provide is greatly appreciated.  Not only will you be able to learn about the African Culture, but you will be able to share your culture and knowledge with many of the people here.  It is a life changing experience for the people here, and we hope for all our volunteers as well.  If this is an opportunity that you think you would like to participate in please contact our Head Guest Master  Br. Kizito OSB.  He will be able to help guide you in some possible volunteer opportunities as well as help plan an itinerary for visiting some of the beautiful destinations that south west Tanzania has to offer.
