On January 6^th, 2010, Rev Frt. Octavian Thomas Masingo OSB was ordained as a Deacon at the Church of St. Matias Mulumba Kalemba, Archdiocese of Songea by Right Bishop Alfred Maluma of the Njombe Diocese.
